Rolo Reindeers

Ingredients

  • Bag of Rolo candies, unwrapped
  • Bag of small pretzel twists
  • Red M & M's

Directions

  1. Use parchment on cookie sheet and fill pan with pretzels on top of parchment.
  2. Set one unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel and bake at 325 for 2 minutes, checking after one minute. (DO NOT let the candy get too melted.
  3. Remove pan from oven and place one red M & M on top of each Rolo, pressing down slightly. Place in refrigerator and let cool. 

3-Step Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (Optional)

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in large saucepan. Cook on medium heat until chips are melted. Add nuts of desired

  2. Meanwhile, generously grease an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Pour into the prepared dish.

  3. Refrigerate for several hours and cut in 16 squares. 

Sugar Cookie Brownies

For The Sugar Cookie Bars:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¾ cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons red, green, and white sprinkles 

For The Buttercream Frosting:

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring
  • 2½ cups powdered sugar
  • 4-5 tablespoons milk
  • Red, green, and white Christmas nonpareil sprinkles
